WAITER / WAITRESS

Quinta Filippa is set on 35 hectares in a small village in the Portuguese countryside, where we offer personalized stays with farm-to-table dining and daily activities focused on well-being, a place where guests feel at home.

We are seeking a warm, attentive Waiter/Waitress with bar experience to join our dedicated team, delivering seamless, polished service with grace and genuine presence.

YOUR ROLE

  • Welcome guests with warmth and sincerity, embodying the highest hospitality standards

  • Serve food and beverages with meticulous attention to detail, including skilled preparation and service of cocktails and drinks

  • Support daily service preparations and maintain all service areas impeccably throughout the day

  • Assist with mise-en-place to ensure smooth, efficient operations across both dining and bar areas

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in designated service spaces, strictly adhering to Quinta and health regulations

  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a refined, consistent guest experience
