NIGHT AUDITOR

Quinta Filippa is set on 35 hectares in a small village in the Portuguese countryside, where we offer personalized stays with farm-to-table dining and daily activities focused on well-being, a place where guests feel at home.

We are seeking a discreet Night Auditor & Safety Coordinator to oversee the estate overnight, ensuring financial accuracy and guest security with quiet confidence and responsibility.

YOUR ROLE

  • Oversee the property during overnight hours, ensuring a peaceful and secure environment

  • Perform end-of-day tasks: SEF registration, billing preparation, pre-payments and additional reports.

  • Monitor reservation systems and support late check-ins or early departures with care

  • Respond to guest inquiries or concerns with discretion and warmth

  • Perform regular security checks throughout the estate and monitor safety systems (fire, access control, etc.)

  • Maintain communication with management regarding incidents or anomalies

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for emergencies or unexpected situations during night hours

  • Ensure all overnight areas remain clean, quiet, and ready for the day ahead

YOU ARE

  • Experienced in hotel night audit operations and basic accounting procedures

  • Highly organized, reliable, and calm under pressure

  • Comfortable handling confidential financial and guest information with discretion

  • Attentive to detail, both in numerical accuracy and guest interactions

  • Trained or familiar with safety protocols and emergency response (first aid is a plus)

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English

  • Technologically confident with property management systems and reporting tools
