Quinta Filippa is a 16-room hotel set on a 40-hectare estate in a small village in the Portuguese countryside. Honoring local heritage, it offers personalized stays that include farm-to-table dining and daily activities centered around well-being, nature, and culture. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area across different shifts (morning, afternoon, and night)
Perform check-ins and check-outs professionally, efficiently, and with attention to detail
Provide personalized assistance to guests throughout their stay
Ensure the correct management of reservations, invoicing, and administrative procedures
Collaborate in audit and cash closing processes, whenever applicable
Anticipate guest needs, ensuring proactive and discreet service
Coordinate with different departments to guarantee service excellence
Ensure compliance with the unit's quality and image standards
DESIRED PROFILE
Proven experience in reception roles in luxury hotels
Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to different shifts and operational rhythms
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Good knowledge of hotel management systems (Bookinglayers)
Fluent English (other languages will be valued)
Night Auditor duties during the Night Auditor's days off
