Quinta Filippa is a 16-room hotel set on a 40-hectare estate in a small village in the Portuguese countryside. Honoring local heritage, it offers personalized stays that include farm-to-table dining and daily activities centered around well-being, nature, and culture. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area across different shifts (morning, afternoon, and night)

  • Perform check-ins and check-outs professionally, efficiently, and with attention to detail

  • Provide personalized assistance to guests throughout their stay

  • Ensure the correct management of reservations, invoicing, and administrative procedures

  • Collaborate in audit and cash closing processes, whenever applicable

  • Anticipate guest needs, ensuring proactive and discreet service

  • Coordinate with different departments to guarantee service excellence

  • Ensure compliance with the unit's quality and image standards

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Proven experience in reception roles in luxury hotels

  • Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail

  • Ability to adapt to different shifts and operational rhythms

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of hotel management systems (Bookinglayers)

  • Fluent English (other languages will be valued)

  • Night Auditor duties during the Night Auditor's days off
