Housekeeper

Quinta Filippa is set on 35 hectares of Portuguese countryside. With personalized stays that include farm-to-table dining and daily activities focused on regenerative wellbeing, it offers a sanctuary designed to feel like home.

We are looking for housekeepers to ensure that our rooms and communal spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness in all communal areas, including lounges, dining spaces, and wellness facilities.

  • Handle laundry services, including washing, ironing, and folding linens and towels.

  • Ensure all guest amenities and toiletries are replenished daily.

  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team.

  • Assist in setting up rooms for new arrivals

  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Work closely with the host to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality (preferred but not required).

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

  • Ability to work efficiently and independently while being part of a team.

  • A friendly and professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.

  • Basic English or Portuguese communication skills (preferred).
