SOUS-CHEF
Quinta Filippa is set on 35 hectares in a small village in the Portuguese countryside, where we offer personalized stays with farm-to-table dining and daily activities focused on well-being, a place where guests feel at home.
We are looking for a Sous-Chef to support our Executive Chef and help lead a small, focused kitchen team with calm precision and creativity.
YOUR ROLE
Assist in developing and executing seasonal, wellness-led menus
Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards in preparation and presentation
Lead and support junior kitchen staff with care
Manage mise en place, inventory, and hygiene in line with HACCP standards
Ensure thoughtful use of local and organic ingredients
Align culinary offerings with our wellness philosophy

Experienced in fine dining or wellness hospitality
