SOUS-CHEF

Quinta Filippa is set on 35 hectares in a small village in the Portuguese countryside, where we offer personalized stays with farm-to-table dining and daily activities focused on well-being, a place where guests feel at home.

We are looking for a Sous-Chef to support our Executive Chef and help lead a small, focused kitchen team with calm precision and creativity.

YOUR ROLE

  • Assist in developing and executing seasonal, wellness-led menus

  • Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards in preparation and presentation

  • Lead and support junior kitchen staff with care

  • Manage mise en place, inventory, and hygiene in line with HACCP standards

  • Ensure thoughtful use of local and organic ingredients

  • Align culinary offerings with our wellness philosophy

  • Experienced in fine dining or wellness hospitality

  • Calm, organised, and quality-driven
